When you are under Hypnosis, I include suggestions that will ensure that you choose to be a non smoker and that you do not substitute smoking with food or anything else.Healthy lifestyle choices are included.
How many sessions does it take to stop smoking?
Most of my clients stop after one session and some people do require 2 sessions, particularly if you are dealing with difficult triggers such as stress, anxiety and depression. I want you to know that I also offer free back up calls after sessions for questions and support.
